ROSE SELECTIONS
PEREGRINE ROSE BLEND, Sonoma County
This is a classic example of rosé, pale pink with a hit of copper color. Enticing aromas of fresh watermelon and mild strawberries with hints of grapefruit and rose petals. On the Palate, flavors of watermelon and citrus fruit, followed by fresh strawberry water. Finishes with lovely and lively acidity.

RED SELECTIONS
PEREGRINE RANCH Pinot Noir, Mendocino
The nose starts out with aromas of black cherry, currant, sandalwood and hints of coconut. The palate is full of warm baking spices: allspice, clove, and a touch of cinnamon plus bright berry notes and some sour plum. The finish is lingering and inviting.
JUPITER, Sangiovese, Mendocino
Well defined fruit. Initial currant and wild berry aromas followed by a sweet palate of Morello cherries, dark chocolate and aromatic herbs. Lingering finish reflects aromas plus the addition of clove and orange peel.
CABERNET SAUVIGNON, California
The aroma on this wine starts out with rich notes of tobacco and leather, but also carries a delicate dark fruit element in it. On the palate, silky fruit and tannins abound. The finish lingers on for a long time, with delicate and chalky tannins and a hint of acidity to balance it all out.
PEREGRINE RANCH, Old Vine Zinfandel, Mokelumme River Lodi
The wine demonstrates rustic flavors of blackberry, black raspberry, strawberry jam and fresh, ripe boysenberries are complemented by hints of floral notes and spices. The palate is soft and supple and screams dark fruit from start to finish. A nice acidity refreshes the palate before the next sip.
